This pre-launch Privacy Policy explains how SmartGoals intends to process personal information when the SmartGoals application becomes available. The current website does not create app accounts or collect goals, posts, or app profile information.
1. Who we are
SmartGoals is operated by Adam Čapka, a self-employed individual, with a place of business at Malinová 9, Prague 10, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 21727911 ("SmartGoals", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, SmartGoals may process the following categories of information:
- Email address, account identifier, username, and authentication information, including information received through Google Sign-In when you choose that sign-in method.
- Profile information, including first name, last name, nickname, and a profile picture where you choose to provide one.
- Goals, goal titles and descriptions, progress information, and related posts.
- Posts and images you upload.
- Following relationships, including accounts you follow, unfollow, or block.
- Reports you submit and information relevant to investigating them.
- Technical information reasonably required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
We only process information that is relevant to the features and services actually available in SmartGoals.
3. How we use information
We use personal information as necessary to:
- Provide and maintain SmartGoals functionality.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Store and display goals, progress, posts, and other content as requested.
- Display posts and goals according to the visibility settings you choose.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
- Investigate reports, suspected misuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Respond to questions and provide customer support.
If push notifications are introduced in the future, we will ask for the required device permission and use the device notification token and your selected notification preferences to deliver notifications. We will update this policy before that feature becomes available.
4. Content you share
Users can create goals, posts, and upload images. You can set visibility for individual goals and posts using the controls available in SmartGoals.
Your first name, last name, nickname, and profile picture are visible to users who do not follow you. Other content is displayed according to the visibility settings you choose.
5. Social features
SmartGoals does not initially show users a global feed of content from arbitrary accounts. Users primarily see content from accounts they choose to follow.
Users may follow or unfollow accounts, block users, and report inappropriate content. A blocked user can still see the profile information available to a non-follower, but cannot interact with the user who blocked them unless they are unblocked. Blocking and reporting tools help users control their experience and help us investigate potential misuse.
6. Third-party services
When the app launches, SmartGoals expects to use FORPSI for hosting, database, object storage, and email-delivery infrastructure, and Google Sign-In when you choose that sign-in method. Before the app is publicly available, we will confirm the final providers, their privacy information, processing locations, and any applicable international-transfer safeguards.
7. Data storage and retention
Before the public app launch, SmartGoals will define and publish retention periods or criteria for account data, deleted user content, security logs, reports, support requests, and backups. The final policy will describe the deletion and backup process that is implemented for the released app.
8. Account deletion
Account deletion will be available in the released app. The final steps and the corresponding handling of account data will be published here before the app becomes publicly available.
9. Your rights
If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you may have rights to request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

10. Children’s privacy
SmartGoals is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 16, we may take steps to delete the account and its associated personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as SmartGoals evolves or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide an appropriate notice and update the date shown at the top of this page.
