These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SmartGoals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About SmartGoals
SmartGoals is operated by Adam Čapka, a self-employed individual, with a place of business at Malinová 9, Prague 10, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 21727911. SmartGoals is a service that allows users to create goals, track progress, create posts, follow other users, and share their progress.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and for your conduct and activity in SmartGoals. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use SmartGoals. Do not use the service if you are under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 16, we may suspend or delete that account.
4. User content
You retain your rights in the goals, posts, images, and other content you create or upload to SmartGoals. You grant SmartGoals a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content only as necessary to operate and provide the service, including displaying it to users who are permitted to see it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use SmartGoals to create, share, or promote:
- Illegal content or activity.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
- Fraudulent content, spam, or impersonation.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Another person’s private information without their permission.
- Malicious, harmful, or technically disruptive content.
6. Following and social interactions
Users choose which accounts they follow. You can unfollow or block another account at any time using the controls available in SmartGoals.
7. Reporting content
Users may report a post or an account that they believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. SmartGoals may investigate reports and, where appropriate, remove content, limit account functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
8. Availability
We aim to make SmartGoals available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, or technical changes. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as SmartGoals evolves.
9. Account suspension
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to SmartGoals if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a risk for other users or the service, or where action is otherwise necessary to comply with law.
10. Account deletion
Account deletion will be available in the released app. The final steps and the corresponding handling of account data will be published before the app becomes publicly available.
11. No professional advice
SmartGoals does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. If SmartGoals offers AI-powered or automated suggestions in the future, those suggestions are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartGoals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as SmartGoals evolves or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide an appropriate notice and update the date shown at the top of this page.
